- Vanhat kansiot (customer_id = NULL) saavat customer_id:n dokumenttiensa perusteella
- Tyhjät/orvot kansiot poistetaan automaattisesti
- Migraatio on idempotenssi: ei tee mitään kun orphaneja ei ole
